Logging in only once and then being able to use various tools – this makes it easier for users and administrators alike if different tools are to be used together easily. A central identity management system facilitates administration and creates security. A (sorry only) German workshop explains how modern single sign-on protocols (especially OpenID Connect) work. In addition, Keycloak will be used as an example to show how the setup works and how different clients such as Nextcloud or Gitea are connected. Franz Heinzman has setup all the nececcary tools for Radio Dreyeckland, Freiburg and can explain the details. As we can provide only an video of the German Workshop there is the possibility to contact him via Radio Dreyeckland.
